- Level 1 is perfect for beginners or those who prefer a less moderate work out.
- Level 2 is more vigorous and moves at a faster pace.
- STRENGTH CLASSES
Ashtanga Beginner - Each class is designed to meet you at your own level, so all are welcome. A variety of targeted therapeutic sequences and healing relaxation techniques used to deeply work your body and energy while guiding to proper alignment of posture and strength.
Focus on Form Yoga - Yin - This is a more meditative approach to yoga with a physical focus. Less up and down moves and more floor supported stretches that improve flexibility. The participant is trying to access the deeper tissues of the body. Yin yoga is a wonderful way to maintain flexibility and DE-stress.
PiYo - PiYo is a fusion of both Pilates and Yoga. This combination will help relieve stress, increase flexibility and sculpt muscles. Participants will achieve a whole body and mind workout that incorporates movement, balance, and centering.
Power Yoga - Power yoga isn’t your normal yoga class. This total body workout is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class will push your strength and flexibility to new heights with the use of hand weights for greater resistance and intensity.
Yoga - An introduction to the various yoga asanas and breathing practices. Yoga is an excellent way to reduce stress, increase stamina, strength, and flexibility as well as bringing balance to your mind.
Restorative Yoga – This yoga class will focus more on relaxation and flexibility. In this class, participants will hold poses for a longer period of time to feel a deeper stretch and gain more flexibility.
Turbo Kick™ - This isn’t your ordinary kickboxing class, it’s so much more! You’ll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, high intensity, cardiovascular workout. All levels welcome, and form and technique are included in every class!
Hit It! Kickbox™ - Hit It!® Kickbox takes a unique approach to fitness focusing on effectiveness and results. Basic boxing, kickboxing, and tae-kwon do moves are used in the class content MINUS the fluff and dance moves!
Xtreme Fit - This is a non-stop powerhouse workout that is guaranteed to challenge you to become stronger, faster and increases your endurance each week. Push you past your limits with cardio and plyometric drills, along with intervals of resistance and core training. Powered by high-energy music, no class will ever be the same, so be ready to give it your max effort, and break a great sweat.
Zumba™ - These hypnotic Latin rhythms and routines feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. It feels more like a PARTY than a workout!
Cycle 45 – Get your pedal on during this 45-minute class! A fusion of outdoor riding techniques transferred to the Indoor Cycle for a unique, user-friendly ride that will give you a great cardio workout. Deep Water Aqua Fit - Snap on a belt and step into a most amazing workout! Wearing a belt allows participants to concentrate on moving through a full range of motion exercises. An excellent gravity-free way to cross-train, and a fantastic Core workout, as intense as you want it to be! Full-body toning and conditioning!
Join others age 55 or better for an hour of exercise and camaraderie. Whether you are an experienced exerciser or are just beginning, our trained and certified instructor will provide an effective and enjoyable workout. These classes will address increasing your flexibility and cardiovascular endurance and improve muscle tone.
Active Adults TRX™ allows you to control how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. This is a total body workout that helps to build strength and increase muscular endurance.
Arms and Abs - An amazing resistance training workout that focuses on core strength and upper body development for greater definition and improved strength.
Battle Ropes - Switch up your workout and come battle it out with ropes in this 60-minute class. Working every muscle, especially your core, while reaping cardiovascular benefits, improving coordination, and increasing metabolic endurance. High-intensity workout yet doable for any fitness level!
Butts and Guts - A killer resistance workout that focuses on core strength and lower body development for greater definition and improved performance.
H.I.I.T. - H.I.I.T. stands for High-Intensity Interval Training and has been scientifically proven multiple times to burn large numbers of calories in a very short period of time. The secret is intensity. You will burn more calories in a few minutes then most people do in an hour! If you want to kill your fat, call the H.I.I.T. Man and forget about it.
Cardio and Strength - Experience the benefits of strength training with the use of various equipment and body weight, during this dynamic, whole body muscle conditioning class.
TRX™ - The TRX Suspension Trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. This is total body workout that will help to build a rock solid core and greatly increase muscular endurance.
Saluki Strength- This resistance training class is designed to sculpt and strengthen the body’s major muscle groups by using weights, bands, bars and the body’s own resistance. Resistance training gives the body great shape and helps raise your metabolism so you burn more calories all day long.
