Join us in this specialty class as we kickstart summer! This class will focus building strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular endurance. Every session will be a total body workout using resistance and cardio training to improve general fitness. Throughout this month you will use free weights, stability balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, and much more! You will also have the opportunity to work with a small group of like-minded people to help motivate you in your journey! Only 8 spots are available, so register now!
