  • Prepare daily deposits and conducting daily cash counts.
  • Enter financial and/or payroll data in software programs or spreadsheets.
  • Reconciliation of month end revenue and expense reports for all administrative and sports club accounts.
  • Maintaining and reconciling spreadsheets.
  • Scanning, copying, filing, shredding, etc.
  • A positive customer service aptitude is required for both in person and telephone communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.
  • Will be required to report to work at 8:00 a.m. at least two mornings a week.
  • Must be trustworthy, detailed oriented and reliable.
  • Must be available for all staff student trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Requirements/Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Data entry accuracy.
