HAVE YOUR PARTY WITH US!

Looking for a highly energized way to celebrate your next birthday or another special occasion? Check out the Rec Center’s Party Packages! Choose from 3 different packages ranging from general recreation on the courts to climbing on the Climbing Wall and/or use of the Pool.

Events are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment must be received by 4:00pm, ten (10) business days prior to the party. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the scheduled birthday party.

Gym + Party Room

This package includes one hour of multi-sport court use (ex. basketball, volleyball, soccer, etc.) followed by the use of a Party Room for one hour.

*Closed-toed shoes are required.
*The SRC provides select sport balls and other sport equipment upon request.

Pool + Party Room

This package includes the use of 2 lanes in the Shallow End and diving boards/platform for one hour followed by the use of a Party Room for one hour.

*The shallow end of the pool is 3.5 Feet deep. The facility has 8 approved youth personal flotation devices for use. Other personal flotation devices are not allowed in the pool. Use of diving boards is restricted to those who demonstrate proficiency in swimming.

Climbing Wall + Party Room

This package includes one hour on the Climbing Wall and the use of a Party Room for one hour.

*Max number that can be serviced on the wall in one hour is 15.
*To use the climbing wall, you must be 45lbs and at least 6 years of age.

Parties may be booked on Saturdays or Sundays.

Saturday
- 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday
- 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Activity times are based on 1-hour “activity” intervals.

Party Policies

Party room can be used for food/gifts
Any outside food (i.e. cakes, snacks, etc.) must be prepackaged or storebought. Cannot be homemade.

Chaperone to Youth ratio:
• 1:5 for youth under 10 years of age
• 1:10 for youth 11-15 years of age
Group must provide adult chaperone age 16+ when in locker rooms at all times.
All party reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Payment in full si required at least ten (10) business days prior to the confirmed party date.

Parties in the pool include certified lifeguard/s at 1:15 ratio.
Parties on the climbing wall include 2 specially trained climbing wall staff.
