Youth Swim Workout

Is your swimmer gearing up for a season of competitive swimming this summer? This weekly class is designed to support a summers-only competitive swimmer (estimated ages 8 -17) by maintaining competitive mechanics (like turns, starts and strokes).
Led by American Red Cross WSI-certified instructors who are experienced with competitive swimming, this class will help your swimmer maintain competitive swimming skills and endurance during the off-season. Participants will be assigned a swim workout by the instructor(s) for each class and offered limited instruction during the classes.
This class is NOT a Learn-To-Swim class. Group Swim Lessons are offered on Saturday mornings.
Fall 2024 classes:
Session 1: Sundays from August 25 through September 29. 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Session 2: Sundays fromOctober 20 through November 24. 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
