Join others age 55 or better for an hour of exercise and camaraderie. Whether you are an experienced exerciser or are just beginning, our trained and certified instructor will provide an effective and enjoyable workout. These classes will address increasing your flexibility and cardiovascular endurance and improve muscle tone. Level 1 is perfect for beginners or those who prefer a less moderate work out.
- Aqua

Keep your hair dry and attend this amazing 45 minute class. You will receive the benefits of a Boot Camp with the low impact of training in the water. Splash around while you enjoy fun and exciting workouts that challenge you to meet your fitness goals. No swimming experience needed to attend, class is held in the shallow end of the pool and it is a workout that all age groups can enjoy!
- Pace 50

An interval inspired workout utilizing treadmills to individualize results! Participants can expect slow hill climbs, quick sprints, and longer endurance segments. The 50 minute class will begin with a 5-8 minute warm-up, followed by 30 minutes of interval training, and finish up with 10 minutes of complimentary exercises. As an extra bonus train to get ready for your favorite 5k, 10k, or marathon! Join the fun!
- Active Adults 2

Cardio exercises are followed by a short recovery period that will leave you wanting more. This class is designed to boost your metabolism, burn calories faster, maximize your workout, and let you get your sweat on. Come prepared to push yourself, work hard, and have a blast!
- Extreme Fit

This is a non-stop powerhouse workout that is guaranteed to challenge you to become stronger and faster and will increase your endurance each week. Push past your limits with cardio and plyometric drills along with intervals of resistance and core training. Powered by high-energy music, no class will ever be the same. So be ready to give it your max effort and prepare to break a sweat.
- Dance Blast/Zumba

These hypnotic rhythms and routines feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. It feels more like a PARTY than a workout!
- Yoga

An introduction to the various yoga asanas and breathing practices. Yoga is an excellent way to reduce stress, increase stamina, strength and flexibility as well as bringing balance to your mind.
- Yin Yoga

This is a more meditative approach to yoga with a physical focus. Less up and down moves and more floor supported stretches that improve flexibility. The participant is trying to access the deeper tissues of the body. Yin yoga is a wonderful way to maintain flexibility and De-stress.
