Do you work for SIU? Then this is the membership for you! Current SIU System employees are eligible to purchase memberships to the Student Recreation Center. SIUC Faculty and Staff can also opt to choose to use payroll deduction for their membership.

Payroll deduction prices listed with how they are paid (bi-weekly, semi monthly, etc).

Must be a 12 month full time employee to be eligible for Payroll deduction.

*If choosing the Monthly Deduction payment option, first month's payment will need to be paid upfront. Submission of a voided check or routing and account information on bank's letterhead at the time of sign-up is required. Download the Annual Membership Monthly Deduction Authorization form. This payment option is available only as a 12-month commitment. Unlimited 1-month passes are available for $66.

First time Sign up info

  1. Come to the SIU Student Recreation Center.
  2. Visit Member Services which is located on the lower level of the REC Center.
  3. Choose your Membership Type.
  4. Fill out required paperwork.
  5. Take a photo for your ID.
  6. Enjoy the REC!
